HOWEVER, PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS: Many lenders have what's called a "Cash for Keys" program and many people visit our website for information on how to participate. This program is ONLY for those who are still in the property after the house goes to auction, but before eviction takes place. The basic idea is that the new owner of your home pays the person in the house to move and to leave the property in good condition. This way everybody wins.
